Delivery options

Arranged delivery
If "arranged delivery" is available for your order it will be offered to you at checkout where you’ll be able to select which day and which slot suits you best. You’ll be given the choice of a morning slot (8am - 1pm) or an afternoon slot (1pm - 5pm) Monday to Saturday.

Collect in store
All of our products (sold online) are eligible for collection at our HQ in Furze Platt. You’ll be given the option to select “collect in store” at checkout.

Next day delivery
Next day delivery is offered for all available products within eligible postcodes. If this delivery option is available it will be offered to you at checkout. You will be allocated a morning or afternoon slot.

Delivery FAQs

What can I expect from the delivery?
All items will need signing for upon delivery so please make sure that someone is available to sign for it during your scheduled delivery slot. If no-one is at home to sign for your order, our delivery team will take your item back to our warehouse where we’ll contact you to re-arrange delivery.

Will you install my appliance?
Yes, provided you selected this option during the checkout process.

Can you notify me before you deliver?
Our delivery team will notify you when they are en route to your property. You will also receive an email and SMS following completion of your order confirming the date and time slot scheduled. If you require further notice please add this in the delivery information text box during the checkout process.

Will you bring the item into my house?
We will never leave any items outside the house unless specified beforehand, however, if our team deems the delivery of the product “impossible” they have the right to remove it from the premises and return it to the warehouse.

Will you take the rubbish away?
Yes. Our delivery team will remove all waste from your property. All you’ll be left with is a brand new appliance!

How will I know when I can collect my order?
We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. You order will be ready within 48 hours of your order being placed.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?
You will need to bring your order confirmation number and photo ID with you, we cannot release any items to you without seeing your ID due to the high value of the products.

How long will you hold my order for?
We will hold any items for 7 days, after which your item will return to the warehouse.

Where do I collect my order from?
Your order will be held at our HQ on St. Peters Road, Maidenhead. Please go to reception where a member of our team will bring your product out to you.

What time shall I pick my order up?
Any time between our normal HQ opening hours. Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:30 Sat 08:00 - 17:00 Sun CLOSED

I’ve lost my order number, what do I do?
If you can’t find your order confirmation email, please check your junk as occasionally emails can end up in there. Alternatively, if you were logged in when you made the order you’ll be able to access your order number within the my account section. If you ordered as a guest you may still be able to collect your order, bring your photo ID and quote your name and postcode at reception.

Why can’t I order for collection?
If you’ve selected that you would like installation and/or disposal of an old appliance at checkout you will not be able to select collection as your delivery method.

I’ve ordered several items, will they arrive together?
Yes, any multiple product orders will always arrive together unless specified to you directly by a member of our team.

Access to the property

Worried it won’t fit through the door?
Please check the measurements of the item before ordering it. All measurements are outlines on the product details page. If you’re unsure please call us to discuss any concerns with your dimensions at hand.

My appliance needs to go up a flight of stairs?
We are more than happy to deliver your item if you live upstairs, however, if the delivery team deem the delivery in any way dangerous or “impossible” they have the right to refuse delivery and return the item to the warehouse.

Road weight or size restrictions?
If you are aware of any weight or size restrictions near your property please make sure that you let us know in the delivery information field during the checkout process. Please also note any parking/driveway restrictions. If our team can’t access the property your items will be returned to the warehouse.

Returning an item

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. If your product is faulty please contact us and we’ll be able to arrange a service call to you.

Cancelling of an order

If you’ve changed your mind on your order after completing the process you must let us know as soon as possible. Please call us directly to do this. This is subject to a cancellation charge.
